KOMÉ Japanese Cuisine, Center Valley, Pa.

Located in the Allentown area, is one of the best Japanese restaurants that I’ve ever been to, maybe even one of the best restaurants overall. KOMÉ is located in a very busy shopping center, so you will want to make a reservation.

The service here was exceptional and the menu items were out of this world. If you’re in the area and you don’t stop by, you’re really missing out.

THE RATINGS:

• Tempura Udon: 8.5/10.

• Saucon Valley Roll 8/10.

• Sashimi & Sushi Combo: 9/10.

• Honey Green Tea: 9/10.

• Wagyu A-5 Sushi: 9/10. $40 for 4 small pieces, which is expected. It was good, but I’ve had better, I think I cooked it too long.

• Foie Gras: 10/10. THE KING OF Foie Gras! The best I’ve ever had.
