Pamela’s Diner, Strip District, Pittsburgh, PA.
At least three Uber drivers told me that I needed to go to Pamela’s diner, so I did, and now I know I’ll never listen to an Uber driver again.
Pamela’s diner wasn’t terrible, but it really wasn’t that great, and you wouldn’t know that because it is packed and there’s a huge line out front, which is usually a good indicator that you’re about to eat somewhere great. In most cases, that is true, but not in this case. It’s just a normal diner with mediocre food at best.
