Ben’s Chili Bowl, Washington D.C.

The chili half-smoke (a quarter-pound sausage made from an equal blend of pork and beef), oh my! I’ve always enjoyed watching celebrity chef shows and trying out restaurants that they’ve visited. Everyone has visited Ben’s Chili Bowl, so I knew I had to go as well.

I absolutely loved the chili half-smoke, and I would absolutely go back if I was in the area.
